To help us quote your project accurately, include as much as you know:
- What you’d like made
- Quantity, sizes and preferred colors
- Names, photos, text or other personalization needed
- Your event date or needed-by date
- Any artwork or design inspiration you already have

How It Works
- Submit your request. Complete the form below with your project details.
- We review it. We’ll follow up if anything needs clarification.
- Review your quote and mockup. Custom work is confirmed before production.
- Approve and pay. Once your design and quote are approved and full payment is received, your order moves into production.
Custom Order Communication & Approval Process
Email is our official communication method for all custom orders. Your order confirmation, design proof, revision requests, and final approval will be sent to the email address provided.
- After payment, we review your order details, photos, wording, and design request.
- A digital design proof is sent within 2 business days.
- Each custom order includes up to two minor design revisions. Please send all requested changes together.
- After you approve the final proof, your order moves into production. No changes can be made after final approval.
- Production turnaround begins after payment and final design approval are complete.
A mobile number may be provided as a backup contact for pickup reminders or urgent questions.
