Starting prices are promotional estimates, not guaranteed quotes. Final pricing depends on garment style and brand, garment color, artwork complexity, print size, number of print locations, personalization, and deadline.
Group-order requirements
- Minimum order: 12 pieces
- One designated group contact person
- Full payment is required before production
- Final quantities, sizes, and personalization required before production
- Production begins after design approval and final size confirmation
- Standard turnaround: 10–14 business days after all approvals and required information are received
- Rush service may be available for an additional fee
- No production slot is reserved until payment is received in full
How it works
- Send your request. Tell us about your organization, products, estimated quantity, colors, event date, and budget.
- Receive your quote. We confirm availability, pricing, turnaround, and design needs.
- Approve the design. A digital proof is provided before production.
- Pay in full. Full payment secures the order and production schedule.
- We create your order. Production begins after all details are final.
- Pickup or shipping. Your completed order is prepared for pickup or shipment.
Labor Day Group-Order Special
Book a qualified order of 20 or more shirts by September 8, 2026, and receive complimentary basic front-design setup plus one complimentary organizer shirt.
Full payment is required before production. Additional design work, print locations, personalization, specialty garments, and rush service may cost extra.
Frequently asked questions
Can every shirt have a different name or number?
Yes. Personalization may be added when requested. Additional charges may apply.
Can you create the design for us?
Yes. Basic design assistance is available. More complex custom artwork may require an additional design fee.
Can a school request a quote before collecting every size?
Yes. An estimated quantity can be used for the initial quote. Final quantities, sizes, artwork authorization, and personalization must be approved before production.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Purchase-order acceptance and payment terms must be reviewed before the order is booked. Schools should indicate their purchasing requirements in the inquiry.
Can we supply our own logo?
Yes, if your organization owns the artwork or has permission to use it. High-resolution or vector files produce the best results.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Fort Washington, Maryland. Shipping is also available.
