Because most items at Her Urban Collective are handmade, custom, or made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. This helps protect the quality of our work and ensures each customer receives a brand-new item made specifically for them.
However, your satisfaction matters.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@herurbancollective.com with:

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error, we cannot refund or replace the order.

Orders are processed and shipped from our home-based studio in the DMV area. Processing times vary depending on the item:

Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Times
Most orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is on the way.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered” Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered, Her Urban Collective cannot replace or refund the order.
Please contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you immediately.
