How Custom Laser Orders Work
- Submit your request with the project details.
- We review the material, measurements, artwork, quantity, and deadline.
- You receive confirmed pricing and production timing.
- For qualifying custom projects, a nonrefundable design deposit may be required and credited toward the final order.
- You receive a digital proof when applicable.
- Production begins after payment and written proof approval.
- Your order is prepared for pickup, shipping, or approved local delivery.

Important Custom Order Policies
- Production does not begin until required payment and proof approval are received.
- Customers are responsible for confirming all spelling, dates, names, quantities, and measurements before approval.
- Changes requested after approval may require an additional charge and may affect the completion date.
- Rush service is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
- Customer-supplied items must be reviewed and approved before they are accepted.
- Because laser settings must be tested, Her Urban Collective cannot guarantee replacement of a customer-supplied item that reacts unexpectedly or is damaged during production.
- Customers must have permission to use submitted logos, photographs, characters, artwork, and protected designs.
- Natural wood grain, engraving tone, and material appearance may vary.
- Only laser-compatible materials will be accepted. Some coated metals can be marked or engraved, but metal cutting is not offered unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Local Service
Her Urban Collective is based in Fort Washington, Maryland. Pickup is by appointment. Rush production and local delivery may be available depending on the project, location, and deadline.
