- The designated contact checks all names, dates, wording, and photographs and gives written approval.
- Production begins after payment and approval.
- The completed order is prepared for pickup or approved local delivery.
What to Include in Your Request
Please include the primary contact's name and relationship, funeral home or church, service and repast dates, the loved one's full name, sunrise and sunset dates, memorial wording, theme, colors, products, quantities, apparel sizes, completion deadline, and pickup or delivery request.
Photos and obituary files: After we receive your request, we will reply with instructions for sending photographs, obituaries, logos, and other files securely.
Funeral home and church partnerships: Include your organization, role, location, products or rush support frequently needed, estimated monthly volume, and whether you would like a sample kit or vendor meeting.
Important Proof Policy
One person must be responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, photographs, sizes, quantities, and wording. Her Urban Collective will not begin production until written approval and required payment are received. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may affect the completion date.
