Create a personalized 20 oz tumbler for Greek organizations, chapters, lines, clubs and member gifts using approved colors, wording and artwork.

Personalization may include a name, chapter, line name or number, crossing year, organization colors or an approved logo.

Required after checkout

Email hello@herurbancollective.com within 24 hours with your order number, organization or chapter name, line details, crossing year, exact colors, wording and any approved artwork.

Proof and turnaround

A design proof must be approved before production. Standard production is 7–10 business days after complete details, usable artwork and proof approval are received.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use protected organization names, symbols and logos. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless Her Urban Collective made an error.

Custom Order Communication & Approval

Email is the official communication method for this custom order. After payment, we will review your order details and send a digital design proof within 2 business days.

• Up to two minor design revisions are included. Please send requested changes together.
• After you approve the final proof, your order moves into production.
• Changes cannot be made after final approval.
• Production turnaround begins after payment and final design approval are complete.
