How to order

1. Select your shirt size.
2. Complete checkout.
3. Email hello@herurbancollective.com within 24 hours with your order number, organization or chapter name, line name or number, crossing year, exact wording, colors, placement instructions and approved artwork.
4. Review and approve the design proof before production.

Artwork requirements

• Transparent-background PNG at 300 DPI is recommended.
• Customers must own or have permission to use submitted names, logos, symbols and artwork.
• We may decline artwork that cannot be legally or cleanly reproduced.

Standard production is 7–10 business days after complete details, usable artwork and proof approval are received.

Base price covers one standard short-sleeve shirt with one primary print location. Specialty garments, additional placements, design work and rush production may cost more.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless Her Urban Collective made an error.
