3. If photos or a logo are needed, email clear original files and your order number to hello@herurbancollective.com immediately after checkout.
4. Watch for your design proof by email.

Two reasonable design revisions are included. Production begins after proof approval.

Turnaround: 10–14 business days after all personalization details and files are received. Rush service may be available for an added fee.
