Artwork Requirements

• PNG with a transparent background is recommended
• 300 DPI for the best print quality
• PDF, AI, and SVG files are also accepted
• Do not mirror your artwork

Artwork is printed as submitted. If we notice a file-quality concern, we’ll contact you before production.

Production Time

Standard production is 2–3 business days. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Custom Order Communication & Approval

Email is the official communication method for this custom order. After payment, we will review your order details and send a digital design proof within 2 business days.

• Up to two minor design revisions are included. Please send requested changes together.
• After you approve the final proof, your order moves into production.
• Changes cannot be made after final approval.
• Production turnaround begins after payment and final design approval are complete.
