Required after checkout

Email hello@herurbancollective.com within 24 hours with your order number, graduate’s exact name, school colors and a clear high-resolution photo with the full head and shoulders visible.

Proof and turnaround

A design proof must be approved before production. Standard production is 7–10 business days after all personalization details, the usable photo and proof approval are received.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless Her Urban Collective made an error.
